A Request For Unity In The Panth

Our life may only last for two or three months more, perhaps even less, but our final desire is to unite the Panth. We have full faith in you all to fulfill this last wish.

Brothers, the history of the Sikh people is fulfilled with sacrifice. A life of greed is not in the nature of Gursikhs. Next to the good of the Panth, titles and positions are worthless, and so for the Panth we commit ourselves to shed every last drop of our blood. Our destination is not far away – it is being in union with each other that is out of reach. But by the grace of Divinity and with the cooperation of us all, this humble servant of the Guru wishes to bring to an end this gap between us.

The Kesri flag that waves gracefully will continue to do so and nobody can prevent that. The path is difficult, but righteousness will prevail; but to bring this about we need to commit our body, mind and wealth for the whole Panth.

Brothers, we are one, our destination is also one. We should forget all of our complaints against one another, only then will we attain victory. We all know that there is no limit to the oppression and persecution faced by the Sikh community at this time. Our Gurdwaras, the women amongst us, the children and youth, even our elderly are not safe. If we come together as one, can we maintain the dignity of the Panth.

If we cannot come together during the current struggle, then we can never escape how history will reward us. Today we can only complete the palace built with the blood of our martyrs w

ith complete unity amongst us.
